So I completed the card completion twice (normal and extra rewards one) and now I have 10 days left and 2 of the universal cards, they are gonna go to waste since they go away in 24 hours is there anything I can do? Or if I can start the next card one earlier. I really don’t want them to be wasted since I can’t use them.

I’ve been playing everyday but just yesterday I open the app and it just stays there on the loading screen but it doesn’t load, it doesn’t let me play anymore :(. I hope this gets fixed very soon I’m too scared to delete the app and redownload it.

Love this game! It’s lots of fun and super cute. One problem I have come across is with the “Dragon Boat Adventure”. It tells me to place the ‘Plain Clothes’ into the embroidery rack to create ‘Gorgeous Clothes’, but it’s not letting me no matter what I do. They just switch spots, and nothing happens. I would love for some help or if this can be fixed, please! Thank you in advance!

I love this game so much I’ve been playing it for over a year and just can’t stop!! I do have a couple of glitches sometimes or I lose something on accident but they are amazing at helping you fix that problem and I thank you for that

I’m absolutely addicted to cats mansion! It’s my favorite game but a couple times recently I would use my all my energy to make a high level object and then I would go watch a video for gems and the high level objects I just made would be gone. I’ve had it were in bad internet where stuff would disappear but it would reimburse my energy cause WiFi troubles. But this glitch happened on strong WiFi and no energy was reimbursed as well as the flower pot I had just used was still on a cool down. I really like this game so much! And I hope the glitches will be fixed soon.

I do really enjoy this game a lot, but one thing I don’t like, is that when I run out of stamina, I can’t do anything at all. I wish there was a little mini game that I could do that didn’t involve using stamina, so while I wait for it to recharge, I had something to do.[UPDATE]I took some time to look through reviews ect. I noticed that there are only ever replies to the posts that have high ratings, and the replies are rare. I also noticed that the general consensus is that the in game prices are WAY too high, and the customer service is pretty bad. Overall, I think the game is good, but it feels like a cash grab a lot of the time, and the developers aren’t helpful. :/

Very cute and addicting as you try to make things to meet the needs of others and building your “home” and doing missions. But you have limited stamina so you need to buy more energy or wait 2-3hrs to recharge. I reached level 20 in 1 wk, visited others who were level 100+, but they’re “home” was still same flat wide one as mine, not the advertised cute mansion. That one said level 500 so I guess I am very very far from reaching it. Was addicting but after a week,I think it’s enough. Sorry I don’t think I can play this game till level 500, even 100! But it’s well made. Sometimes the ads stop and blank out so you lose your items that you wanted.

I play Magic Recipe from the same developer, so I thought I’d try this one out too. It’s super cute, but you only get about 5 minutes of play time before running out of energy which is really annoying. Usually these games give you other ways to get more for free so you can keep playing, but this one really doesn’t. I don’t feel like there’s much progress happening, so I don’t come back to play very often.

*Response to response: how do I get a refund for the growth fund? Every day, a red dot appears as if I have something new. However there’s no reward with growth. It feels misleading and would like a refund.I find this game relaxing and enjoy very much. However I finally caved and regrettably invested in the growth fun.It doesn’t truly “grow” with your level. You get what you see and you can’t earn rewards from former or future levels. I assumed I would be rewarded as I leveled up but that’s not the case. I’ve messaged the app a number of times about this with no response.

This game is fun and the graphics are very cute, it makes you want to get every new cat and skin. However, it’s not possible to enjoy this game fully without spending a ton of money. The game intentionally gives you orders that are very difficult to complete the closer you get to attaining all the items in an event. I’ve spent so much money on cats mansion and have payed for premium, a monthly card, and other things like stamina and gems every month and have never been able to attain all of the items and skins during an event. Even after buying extra stamina and packs to help earn all the items and playing for hours every day, the game makes it impossible to do so before the event is over. What’s worse is that once the event is over, there is no other way to get the rest of the items that I missed because the same event doesn’t come back. It’s clear that the intention is to get players to spend more money, the creators don’t seem to care about actually giving you what you’re paying for. They make the items appear attainable so you’ll commit to buying packs but you’ll never actually get all of them. It’s very disappointing. The game has a lot of potential, but this definitely ruins it. I hardly play anymore because of this.
