Used to be 5/5 stars game but now that the previous months of truck cargo are gone i have no reason to play the game. I still had months of the mini game to catch up on and now nothing. What happens at the end of this month? What if i cant beat the last days game by the end of the day?? Disappointing.. i like to play that game while listening to audiobooks and now im going to have to find a different game if you cant put the previous months back. I wish i could get my money back from buying no ads. I only bought it so i could play the truck cargo mini game without ads between games

We understand your concern and will pass your feedback to our team for consideration. For your No Ads purchase, refunds are not supported under our service policy. You may submit a refund request through Google Play or the App Store.
Love the game. It’s super cute and fun. My biggest problem is that I purchased not to have the forced ads. It keeps telling me that I’ve already purchased it before, so why do the forced ads keep popping up? I don’t mind watching ads when I have to, but I absolutely hate getting them shoved in my face when I don’t want to. Also, I wish there was a feature to get rid of the “bonus” round for the cart game. It’s nice and all but totally takes you out of the experience of actually playing the mini game. Like, the game plays the mini game for you?? That’s so weird. It’s one of my favorite of the mini games, too. Of the 45 seconds I get to play, only about half of it is my doing.

This game is really cute aesthetically, and the flow of it works perfectly to check in for a few minutes periodically through the day. The two mini games are my favorite part, with a familiar fast paced food truck game and a mahjong-style moving truck game, so while I wish we could play them more, I do love how the daily rewards still give you enough gems to complete all of the moving truck stages and food truck goals every day. You continue to progress steadily, and it’s just overall a relaxing experience. The only reason I’m giving this a four star review instead of five is because of a bug I’ve consistently been getting. When playing the moving truck game, if you watch an ad to remove tiles, it will glitch the UI to be entirely unplayable. Typically, closing the game and reopening it will solve it, but it puts your progress back to before you watched the ad, so you have to watch another one and it risks the glitch happening again. A couple of times, I had the entire mini game glitch, with tiles that were uncovered being fully greyed out still — closing it doesn’t fix it, so one time I tried to intentionally fail, and it glitched further, filling the bar with tiles but not giving a failure screen, not letting me back out either. Please look into this! I really love the game as a whole, and highly recommend playing it.

If you encounter this kind of ads again, you can flip your phone horizontally several times until a small blue triangle appears on the screen, click to enter and get the ad information, copy and paste it and send it to our email customer service, and we will block the ad. I want to like this game, I really do. It’s cute, and the minigames keep the idle cafe element fresh. But good lord is this such a shameless cash grab. Every single time you do anything, they prompt you to click on an ad. Even if you don’t click on those, popup ads play constantly regardless. If you want to turn off ads altogether, most games will offer a one-time purchase of like $2, but no, not this game. It’s $15 a MONTH. You have to pay a subscription for an idle game. That’s so disgustingly greedy. Especially since the rewards they offer for optional ads are generous, so you know they probably aren’t starved for ad revenue even without the popups. (What kind of game needs to be this riddled with ads when it would make more than enough money just on the currency store alone?) Also for some reason they have a cooldown on how many times you can tap to speed things up, which is such a bizarre choice for a game built on the cookie clicker framework. That needs to be removed, why would you want to stop someone from playing your game? You can’t even buy something to get rid of the cooldown, you just have to stop playing at that point.
I like the game and don’t even mind the ads. They give you plenty of cash and items except when it comes to staff and menu. The menu isn’t too bad, but I’m at a point where I need to increase staff 700 points to level up. I can’t add more staff, so I can’t only upgrade the existing staff by 4-6 points per upgrade. Right now, I need 5 books to upgrade 6 points. That’s 583 books if the system stays the same, which it doesn’t. If I get 4-5 books per day, it’s going to take me over 100 days to level up. I will have met the menu and facility requirements long before I can met the staff requirements. There is a cargo challenge that helps get more items to help level up staff, but who wants to play this for even 30 days before leveling up. And that’s not taking into account that as you level up staff, you need more than 5 books to get to the next level. It makes me want to not bother since I don’t know how hard the next level will be. I think they need to adjust the requirements to either reduce the number of items required to increase staff or increase the daily books you can get.

All I can hear is Mario Winans singing, “I don’t wanna know” as this game’s theme song. I don’t think it’s intentional, but now I can’t unhear it. The graphics for this game are really cute. I don’t like that there’s a red dot over offers to watch an ad cause it feels incomplete if u don’t wanna watch an ad. The game seems imbalanced towards always having to wait for moves in the match game to progress. It’s very easy to gain coins with time, but it takes time (or gems) to have the match moves required to upgrade recipes ya need to progress in levels. I wish the mini games were every 1-2 hours instead of every 12 or whatever it is. It’s too long to pay any mind to that, so I just assume once a day and that’s how many times a day I feel compelled to log in and play. I wish the mini games were a lil bit faster to regenerate.

Hi! I’ve been playing this game now for almost 7-8 months! And I recently got my friend to start playing it as well! She loves the game and is obsessed with it!! As we were talking and playing the game, she was saying if I could trade her some items, sadly though the game doesn’t have that. Having trades and being able to add friends would be really fun! And I wanted to reach out and see if you guys could add one? This game is fun and really therapeutic to play with that’s for sure! I love all the mini games that are also in the cafe game with the cats!! I definitely also recommend this to everyone who wishes to download! Please do think about me and my friend’s little idea! Thank you!

I think it’s called Floor Directs or something… this is a great game, super cute and super fun, but I have to stop watching ads for the rewards and stuff just because whenever that one ad comes on, it just messes up the game. Like, at first, I thought that it was just really long but no - I’ve stared at my phone for 5 mins (it was 5 because I was listening to music and 2 almost 3 songs passed) and still nothing. And not only that, but I get this particular ad every time. At first, I could just exit out the game and retry whatever I was doing in hopes of a different ad (mostly the challenge cargo), but I don’t get any different ads anymore - just this one.
I really wanted to like this game. I ignored all the recent bad/mediocre reviews and downloaded it anyway. I should have listened to those reviews. There are pop-up ads in between tasks that you do. These ads are completely unnecessary with how many optional ads to watch for rewards there are. I’d be inclined to watch those optional ads for rewards if there weren’t these random pop-up ads. As a rule of thumb I always play Free to Play, even going so far as to turn off in-app purchases on my account. This game has 7 (SEVEN!) in-app purchase messages that pop up as soon as you open the app, EVERY time you open the app. Most apps now a-days (even other money grubbing ones) have none or maybe 1 of these pop up messages. Also, as someone else mentioned in their review, it is really hard to level up after level 4. The things required to level up are luck-based (or real life money based). You can’t do much to help get your food level up past 4, besides wait. Wait until you get enough energy to play the merge game then hope to get the resources you need to merge the right components together then create a new dish and hope it’s a new one (and not a repeat) and then max level that dish to 4/5 because you can’t get the specific item to level that dish up to 5/5 until you get to level 5 overall and unlock the next area/minigame (unless of course you willingly watch ads or pay real money). It’s tedious and frustrating. The minigames are fun and super simple. I see no point in putting any of your in game money into upgrading the food truck though. Overall, this game would be lots of fun if it wasn’t constantly trying to get you to watch ads or spend real life money on it. The screen literally gets overwhelmed with stuff trying to get you to watch ads. The spin-to-win thing requires you to watch ads to use. Thanks for living on my phone for the past 24hrs. I was looking forward to the cat cafe but alas.
I expected this game to focus more on not having ads, but i see that it is full of junk ads, what a disappointment, every time i do something or close something: announcement, announcement, announcement. Are ads really necessary? They just annoy. The first time i installed the game, it had no ads, and the fact that the game requires internet makes it look even worse. When a game needs internet, it means that you will be bothered with ads. Tell me, who likes ads? to no one i will uninstall this game even if I have progressed, i will delete this review when the game has no ads and i will also reinstall the game when it does not have ads.
