    Description
    English: A toilet for supermarket customers uses very dim, blue lighting to deter heroin users from injecting. The blue gloom makes veins impossible to see. The approach is controversial and not completely effective.

    Note: The camera's electronics compensated for the dimness so the picture is somewhat brighter than the eye could actually see.
