Seen at Villa S. Giovanni 🇮🇹 about a week ago: an #FS #Trenitalia “Hitachi Blues” Class #HTR412 #hybrid unit on an #InterCity service along the “Ionian Line” from #Bari. These are tri-mode trains, able to operate under 3kV DC catenary, as a diesel unit or even battery powered.
