Ontario Premier Doug Ford has warned US President Donald Trump that Canada can hit back against tariffs to hurt the American economy.

Listing some of the industries he said the US relies on, Ford said: "I'd love to see him run cars without any oil. I'd love to see him to try grow vegetables and fruit without the potash."

Highlighting the anger felt in Canada over the trade dispute, the blunt speaking Ford also doubled down on his taunt to the US president.

He also said something profound, about Sir's record of economic management - i,e,, #bankruptcy, from casinos to airlines.
"Every thing he touches dies". True. But first, like a Death Eater, he sucks out all the cash, and souls too. Then, like our country's economy now (AKA his personal piggy bank), $40T debt, which can be called - by say, China.

For anyone else it might be 'complicated'. But not for Sir. Everything he touches is perfect, from the cognitive to the cash crimes.

Let's imagine if Donald Trump is visited by the founding fathers. Among them you'd find George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton. They all arrive at the White House very agitated and anxious about the meeting. President Trump meets them in the Oval Office, bidding them a hardy welcome as he sits himself down at the Resolute Desk.
"I'm so happy to see you all here!" Trump exclaims with a broad smile, "What can I do for you?"

There's a brief silence as they all glance at each other. Then, after a short pause, George Washington begins, clearing his throat, "Well, first of all, thank you for seeing us all today. We know you're very busy between your golf games, but there are a few concerns we'd like to discuss with you."

"Of course!" Trump responds, courteously. "I'm sure that you're all amazed at the Great job that I'm doing!"
George sighed and gave a glance to the others in the room, then continued, "Frankly, Mr. President, we're not at all impressed with the job that you're doing. It is our consensus that you're doing a terrible job as president. In fact you're doing worse than any president before you. Benedict Arnold would have made a better president!"

Trump's smile suddenly turned into an angry scowl. "What did you say?!" He growled. "I'm the best that's ever been! Have you heard what they're saying about me at my cabinet meetings? They've never seen a stronger president! What do you know about strength? Washington glared back at him as he responded. "Are you serious? For six long years I led the Continental Army through the greatest trials. Through defeat and victory I faced the strongest military in the world and through a tremendous and costly struggle ended the conflict winning our war for liberty. But what did you do? You got a draft deferment for bone spurs. You played around Manhattan chasing women while thousands fought in Vietnam. John McCain fought and was captured, and spent 5 1/2 years in deplorable conditions, two of those years were in solitary confinement, as a prisoner of war. Then you had the audacity to dishonor him and his sacrifice! You're a fine one to talk about strength! Now you have the country embroiled in an unnecessary war with Iran. Didn't you know about my warning about foreign entanglements?"

"We can't let Iran have a nuclear weapon!" Trump yelled back! "We had to go to war!"

"Let me say a few words about that!" Said Ben Franklin, eager to add to the conversation. "You had an agreement with the Iranians that was reached by your predecessor President Obama. They had agreed to put aside their development of a nuclear weapon in exchange for a few concessions to be made from our side. This was a prospect that would lead to a lasting peace, but you chose to reverse that decision which ultimately lead to the present conflict which is costing billions more than if we had kept the original agreement. Diplomacy was working to keep the peace and order in the region, but you chose war and chaos." By this time Trump became furious. The angrier he got the less sense he was making. "I know all about diplomacy! I'm the best diplomat! Nobody does diplomacy better than me!"

"Sir," responded Franklin, authoritatively, " I spent several years in England arguing our cause before the British Parliament. When it was clear that independence was the only solution for us, I then went to France and negotiated their support for our struggle. It was their support which made our victory possible. You sir, have insulted our allies. You've threatened NATO, you want to take Greenland, you want Canada as the 51st state. This isn't diplomacy, it's war mongering."

Trump was flustered. His fists were clenched with rage, but before he could utter a word, Thomas Jefferson broke in. "You, sir, were elected twice to the presidency, but you lost only once, but you argue still about the legitimacy of that election. This, despite
62 court cases claiming that the election was legitimate. Not accepting the results, you inspired thousands of your supporters to storm the Capitol to overturn the election. Now that you have won reelection you are now using the office of the presidency to move against your opponents. These are not the actions of a president. This is what a tyrant does. Your actions have become so alarming that even the King of England came to remind Congress that we are still a democracy!"

Trump had had enough. He stood up and shouted, "You are all very bad people! You're all fake news!"
Alexander Hamilton, who waited patiently, finally broke in , "Mr. Trump, I have witnessed your malfeasance during your tenure in this office, and I'm aghast at the shameless corruption of your administration. You have even ordered your attorney general to make you immune from oversight from the IRS. And that even extends to your family. This is outrageous, unethical, and immoral. You should be impeached!"

At that Trump could endure no more. He angrily shouted at the top of his lungs, demanding that they leave the room. Without hesitation they all got up and left. As they walked out James Madison remarked how thankful he was that Trump didn't have any ketchup in his hands. They all chuckled as they left the room.

For almost any human alive, no matter how pervasive the #denial and encapsulated #delusion, there is some kernel of reality that gets through. (Freud and I might say: in distorted or disguised form though.) Most people have filters like "reality testing" and "critical reasoning". But not Sir. Roy Cohn's prime directives are his only modes: lie, double down, take it all, don't worry about law.

That's what most maddening to me, as someone who lives & breathes the decoding of crazy #WordSalad and behavior... He has zero mindfulness, executive reasoning skills, or care for anything/anyone beyond himself, his ballroom, his soul-reflecting pond, his terrific fantasy world where life is beautiful all the time...

All #truth seeps through. And his truth seeps straight out. No filters.

And his 'thinking' and #WordSalad spew is polluted only by his twisted ideas and concepts of concepts. (Like #democracy? #law? #entitlement?)

They sold us the idea that being armed to the teeth made us free, while the people holding the real power picked our pockets, stripped the country for parts, and left us clutching our guns like they somehow protected us from the people actually robbing us.
The most heavily armed citizens on earth can’t even protect a reflecting pool, let alone our children.
We watched pedophilic robber barons drain our water, poison our food, steal and kidnap our children, execute our neighbors in the streets, and bomb starving children overseas with money that was supposed to be ours. And Congress, the people we begged for help, cashed the checks and looked away. Every single time.
Trump had the keys to this country and instead of protecting it, he gutted it. The East Wing is rubble because he tore it down for himself. The grass is dead where he threw a UFC fight on the White House lawn like the People’s House is his personal playground. There’s a number burned into the lawn near the Washington Monument, a sick inside joke scorched into federal ground while families a few miles away are choosing between medicine and dinner. He is rebuilding a helipad for his own comfort while veterans sleep in cars and mothers ration formula.
This is not decline. This is a demolition crew in a suit, and Congress handed him the wrecking ball, then thanked him for the show.
Every senator who stayed silent. Every representative who voted for another tax break for billionaires while gutting the programs keeping grandma alive. Every appointee who smiled for the cameras while children were being trafficked and starved and nobody with power lifted a finger. You are not bystanders. You are accomplices.
Home of the brave? Guess not. Home of the bought, the complicit, and the exhausted.
No way anyone thinks this is normal. I am done watching people mourn a lawn while children are being buried. This isn’t politics anymore, this is grief, and it is rage, and it should be yours too.
Wake up before there is nothing left to protect.

This is because it empowers people throughout the world to fight back against abuses of power by the most powerful entities, e.g. Governments, Corporations, billionaires/millionaires, intelligence agencies, spies, etc. Therefore, more APS contributes to higher levels of #Freedom, #Truth and #Justice across the world.
