Does anyone have good resources on what the EU plans to do with the proposed 60% larger budget? I have now read three very different articles from different media and it was mostly "Germany and its rich allies vs. the rest" but very light on details. The Commission's page is, of course, happy pictures and a dadaist long poem of buzzwords drawn from a hat. Call me old-fashioned but what it is being spent on, seems kinda important to me.
