The #Trenhotel night train #Lusitânia for #Madrid 🇪🇸 is ready to depart from #Lisbon 🇵🇹 Santa Apolonia station, one evening in April 2009. Two locos are positioned ahead of the rake of #Talgo cars: a #CP Class 2600 will haul the train over the first, electrified, part of the journey. Later on, the Class 1930 diesel, already in place behind the 2500, will take over.

#Milano 🇮🇹 Centrale, one December morning in 2007: #Trenhotel #Talgo #Euronight “Salvador Dalí”, from #Barcelona 🇪🇸, has just arrived, hauled by a #Trenitalia #FS Class E.656 #Caimano electric. The train is visible on the left. On the adjacent track, we see the nose of a Class E.444R #Tartaruga.
