Fed Chair Powell says Justice Dept. has subpoenaed central bank, threatens criminal indictment

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said the Justice Department is threatening him over his testimony about Fed building work. Powell says the threats are meant to pressure the Fed on setting interest rates. He becomes the latest perceived adversary of President Trump to face a criminal investigation.
