El Pollo Loco is on Fire As It Spreads Outside California

El Pollo Loco is expanding its footprint with plans to open up to 20 new restaurants this year outside of California. Meanwhile, the luxury open-air shopping center Victoria Gardens has sold for $530 million to a real estate venture led by Redwood West and Panattoni. The new ownership group plans to invest $50 million in property enhancements, including landscaping and common area upgrades.
