It’s finally summer, which means it’s time to learn how to cut tomatoes. Cody starts out by coring the tomatoes, before turning them on their side, and cutting thick slices with an offset bread knife. The only other thing the slices of tomato need is some flaky salt, or perhaps they’d be more comfortable inside of a BLT ... ?
