Senior Housing Project Opens on Santa Ana Site

Flower Park Plaza, a $13-million senior housing project, has opened in Santa Ana at 1st and Flower streets. The 199-unit structure is a joint effort of the Forest City Development Group and Santa Ana Economic Development Agency. All of the units are reserved.
