A suspected hit-and-run driver was arrested by Torrance police shortly after a collision in which a 13-year-old Torrance boy was killed. Jeri Susan Zimberg, 24, of Torrance was booked on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run driving after the accident that killed Christian Loggins. Police charged that Zimberg’s vehicle struck Loggins while he was crossing the street in the 4800 block Bindewald Road.
