I. Martin Pompadur, a former American Broadcasting Cos. executive, joins two other former ABC colleagues as a partner in Rule/Starger Co., a movie, TV and stage production company.
Retired ABC Vice Chairman Elton H. Rule and Martin Starger, a former president of the ABC Entertainment division, formed a production company last June. Rule/Starger has offices in Universal City and New York .
