Comprehensive Care Corp. of Newport Beach, which operates the CareUnit chain of alcohol- and drug-abuse treatment facilities, named Richard A. Santoni president and W. James Nicol vice chairman. The newly created posts are part of a general restructuring in response to Comp Care’s rapid growth, the company said.
