Texaco’s Wilshire Office Building Placed on Market

Texaco Inc. has placed its long-time Western headquarters building at 3350 Wilshire Blvd., adjacent to the Ambassador, on the market, according to a spokeswoman for Charles Dunn Co., the brokerage firm chosen by Texaco.

Texaco last fall announced plans to move its western operations to offices at 10 Universal City Plaza, Universal City. The Wilshire Boulevard building has both nine and 12-story levels and has a total of 181,031 rentable square feet of space. Parking is provided for 351 cars.
