Kathryne Ann Stoltz of Los Angeles has been appointed to the Los Angeles County Municipal Court by Gov. George Deukmejian. Stoltz, 37, is an assistant U.S. attorney. She was named to succeed Judge Paul Turner, who was appointed earlier to the Superior Court.
