Harvard Industries Plans to Purchase Esna Assets

ST. LOUIS — Harvard Industries Inc. said it entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the assets, properties and business of the Esna division and certain other assets from Amerace Corp.
It is contemplated that the transaction will be closed this month, subject to appropriate governmental clearance and compliance with other applicable law.
Terms were not announced.
