Authorities are seeking a 49-year-old San Jose State University dormitory director who allegedly was keeping guns, bombs and bomb-making materials in his campus residence. He was identified by campus police as William Koehn. His wife, Kim Koehn, 30, was being held in connection with the alleged cache. The explosives and firearms were discovered after a custodian reported seeing someone roaming the residence halls with a gun, and 200 students were temporarily evacuated Wednesday night. “We have no idea why they had those bombs and rifles in the dorms,” a university spokesman said. The search for Koehn was concentrated in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties.
