Site Work Under Way on Duplex Project

Site work is under way on Park Village Drive west of Black Mountain Drive in Rancho Penasquitos for West Chase, a development of 150 duplex homes scheduled for opening in mid-October.
The project is a joint venture of Christopher Homes and Provident Capital Corp. The architect is the Berkus Group of Newport Beach and the engineer is Cooper & Associates of San Diego. Homes are expected to cost less than $100,000.
