Summerwood Single-Family Homes Open in Lancaster

Summerwood Estates, a single-family home development, opens in Lancaster today.

The project, located at 2045 W. Avenue K-12, will feature 58 single-story homes when completed. Prices range from $88,900 to $99,900 for three floor plans that include two or three bedrooms and 1,251 to 1,501 square feet of living space.

Interiors include carpeting, oak cabinetry, forced-air gas heating, central air conditioning and pre-wiring for cable television and telephones.

Exteriors have landscaped front yards with sprinkler system, concrete walks and attached two-car garages.

All Valley Financial & Rice Construction, the developer of Summerwood Estates, commissioned Art Davis & Associates of Encino to design the project and American Home Builders Marketing to handle sales.

Furnished models are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk; anticipated occupancy in July.
