The City Council on Monday adopted a $2,508,500 budget for the coming year after no one commented on it at a public hearing.
In a non-agenda motion, Councilman Hal Hall proposed sending a Mailgram to President Reagan and the State Department, suggesting “hard-line action” against the hijackers of TWA flight 847. The council approved the action unanimously.
