Cal State L. A. Adviser Named

Maxwell Starkman Associates, a Beverly Hills-based architectural and planning firm, has been named campus consulting architect for Cal State Los Angeles.
Steven Miller, the firm’s executive vice president, will serve as the campus consultant architect, and Juan Monsanto, an urban planner, will act as campus consultant planner. The firm will be responsible for all campus physical planning and design-review activities.
