Donald G. Drapkin a member of the New York law firm Skadden, Arps, Slates, Meagher & Flom, is one of three new directors elected to the board of Compact Video Inc., Burbank. Drapkin and comedian Alan King were named to new seats on the board. Steven Green, president of Los Angeles-based Hartfield Zodys, was elected to replace John R. Woodhull, who resigned.
