Rancho California Land Sold to L. A. Company

Leed Properties Inc., Los Angeles, has purchased 8.3 acres of land in the Rancho California Business Park in Temecula for a 140,436-square-foot industrial building. Coldwell Banker represented both the buyer and the seller, Kaiser Development Co., in the $997,500 transaction. The $2.64-million building is expected to be completed by January.
