The Los Angeles City Council has approved a $236,000 contract with Gruen Associates to develop amendments to the Westwood Village specific plan. The council earlier this year approved a one-year moratorium to allow time for completion of amendments and an environmental impact report. Public hearings will be conducted before the specific plan is amended.
