Man Kills Wife, Then Dies of Heart Attack

SYDNEY, Australia — A 54-year-old Sydney man killed his wife with a hatchet, then collapsed and died of a heart attack, police said Tuesday.
Royston Smith was found on the drive of his home in southwest Sydney on Monday night after phoning police to tell them he had murdered his wife.
