Second Hilton Explosion Injures 12 in Washington

WASHINGTON — An electrical explosion and fire struck the transformer room of the Washington Hilton Hotel on Sunday, injuring 12 employees just one day after a similar blast forced the evacuation of 3,800 guests, officials said. The cause of the explosions was being investigated.
