PHI Purchases Quality Inn

A 110-room Quality Inn at 1818 E. Holt Ave., Orange, has been purchased by PHI Enterprises Inc. of that city for $4.7 million.
The facility, opened July, 1984, is PHI’s first acquisition on a franchised basis. The company’s interests have previously been represented in company-owned chains.
