Whittaker Corp., Los Angeles, promoted Senior Vice President Alan D. Jacobson to chief administrative officer with responsibility for all corporate staff functions. He was also elected a director.
Edward R. Muller will succeed him as general counsel and corporate secretary of Whittaker, a diversified company with major interests in health care, metals and specialty chemicals.
