Irvine Home Sales Show 80% Increase

More than 1,870 new homes were sold in Irvine Co. residential communities during the company’s fiscal year ending June 30, and that represented and 80% increase in sales over the previous year.
Capping the record year was the sale of 509 new homes in the fourth quarter. That was in contrast with 307 homes for the same period of the preceding fiscal year.
