AIDS Boy Loses Round

INDIANAPOLIS — A 13-year-old AIDS victim must go through school channels to fight an order barring him from fall classes before a court can consider his case, U.S. District Judge James E. Noland ruled today. Ryan White’s mother, Jeanne, accused the judge of “copping out” by declining to decide whether Ryan should be allowed in school.
