Carver Building Nearly Ready

Completion is scheduled Aug. 30 on the new, $4-million headquarters building for Carver Development Co. at 1100 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach.
Carver will occupy the second floor of the 18,000-square-foot, L-shaped structure, while Home Federal Savings & Loan has taken a long-term lease on the ground floor. The architect is Millard Archuleta Associates, Los Angeles.
