Merrill Lynch Acquires Sterpa

Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. has acquired Sterpa Realty, a major Southland firm, and will operate it as a company of Merrill Lynch Realty/North Los Angeles with branches in Burbank, Glendale, San Marino and Arcadia.

Sebastiano Sterpa, owner of Sterpa Realty and a past president of the California Assn. of Realtors, will serve as a consultant, according to Lyle Williamson, president of Merrill Lynch Realty/North Los Angeles.

The new offices will be at 244 N. Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank; 914 N. Glendale Ave., Glendale; 128 E. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, and 2514 Huntington Drive, San Marino.
