Scripps Clinic Building Sold

The Scripps Clinic Research Foundation building in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego has been sold for $6.2 million, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, which handled the transaction.
Sorrento Income Properties, a general partnership, sold the 37,800-square-foot building to Robert C. Kyle of Chicago.
No changes in building usage are anticipated.
