Reagan Will Undergo Cancer Testing Friday

Associated Press

President Reagan will visit Bethesda Naval Medical Center on Friday for the first in a series of “normal and routine” follow-up examinations in connection with his July 13 cancer surgery, the White House said Wednesday.

The White House said that the examinations will include chest X-rays and blood tests and that the results will be announced next week. Doctors removed two feet of Reagan’s colon after they discovered a maligant tumor.
