Lewis Properties Buys Site for Business Center

Lewis Properties Inc. has purchased the former Boise Cascade Building Materials site at the Lincoln-Avenue exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona and is building a business center on the 21.76-acre site.

Crookall, Shirley & Co. represented both parties in the $4-million transaction. The first phase of the four-phase, 450,000-square-foot Corona/Lewis business Center is scheduled for occupancy next spring, according to Richard L. Lewis, the firm’s President.
