42 Units of San Remo Villas Town Homes Open in El Toro

San Remo Villas town houses by Warmington Homes opens today in the Serrano Highlands area of El Toro, with 42 two- and three-bedroom units priced from $119,990 to $153,990.

The 115-unit project features six two-story and split-level floor plans with 1,204 to 1,623 square feet of living area. December move-ins are planned for the first phase. The homeowners fee is $68.05.

Features include canopies over most windows, breakfast nooks in most plans, luminous kitchen ceilings, oak cabinets and a pantry. Amenities include four tennis courts, basketball/volleyball court, swimming pool and clubhouse.

Six models decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 25315 Vista Hermosa.
