The United Cerebral Palsy/Spastic Children’s Foundation honored Frank and Marie Avila as Volunteers of the Year at its recent Foundation ’85 luncheon at the Castaway restaurant in Burbank. Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich presented the award to the North Hollywood couple for their 12 years of service to the Chatsworth Caro-Hatcher facility.
