Downtown Pasadena Buildings Surveyed

Building System Evaluation Inc., Sierra Madra, has completed a structure-oriented study for the Pasadena Redevelopment Agency focusing on the proposed “Pasadena Marketplace” project.

The study covers proposed restoration of the one-block area bounded by Colorado Boulevard, Union Street, DeLacey Avenue and Fair Oaks Avenue. The block is anchored by the Irvine Ranch Farmer’s Market and the United Artists movie theater.
