The 103,000-member California Assn. of Realtors elected Venice realtor Richard J. Rosenthal president, succeeding Raymond D. Spinelli. Other officers elected for the current term are Jack Paulson, president-elect; Dale Colby, treasurer, and Donald Wiedmann, executive vice president and state secretary. The trade group’s headquarters are in Los Angeles.
