View Rentals Set for Valley

Construction is under way on Northgate Apartments, a $5.4-million, 80-unit project at 11611 Blucher Ave., Granada Hills, featuring panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley.
The development by Syndicated Real Estate Investments, Woodland Hills, will feature two-bedroom units, mostly town houses, with rents expected to start at $825 a month, according to William V. Bromiley, the firm’s president. Completion is scheduled for fall of 1986.
