Apartments Under Way

Preparation of the 21-acre site has begun for San Tropez Village, a $35-million, 512-unit apartment complex on Country Club Drive opposite the Suncrest and Palm desert Greens country clubs in Palm Desert, with opening planned for late spring. The developer is Western Community developers Ltd., Dennis Martin, managing partner.
