The Portland woman gave Jerry Hulse a bum rap in the Nov. 10 Letters column about his Moscow article of Oct. 20. Keep right on with the nostalgic flashbacks. It’s not as if there weren’t enough ink devoted to current travel conditions. The folks who got beyond the county line years ago appreciate the recollection columns with pure pleasure. Each of my own travel experiences is mostly an expansion of my first great adventure, so I feel I relate fairly well to your early episodes.
