We “bully boys” and bully girls are not making any sexist attack against Bird. On the contrary, we are exercising our right as citizens to speak out and show how the California Supreme Court is not responding to the needs and wishes of the people. Therefore, criticism of Rose Bird is not made by virtue of her sex, but by her actions as chief justice.
