Channel 7 weatherman Dr. George Fischbeck is spearheading the annual Toys for Porterville campaign for the 14th year. “Toys That Teach” is the theme this year, and a gift of toys may be donated at participating Baskin-Robbins stores through Dec. 20.
Gifts collected during the drive are used by the developmentally disabled patients of Porterville State Hospital, renamed this year Porterville Developmental Center.
