10 Protesters Arrested

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. — Ten anti-nuclear protesters were arrested Saturday during a vigil at the Quonset Point plant of Electric Boat, manufacturer of Trident nuclear submarines, police said. The 10 will be charged with civil disobedience, police said.
