Rudman Seeks 2nd Term

CONCORD, N.H. — Sen. Warren B. Rudman (R-N.H.) announced at a news conference Monday that he will seek reelection to a second term. Rudman is co-author of the recently enacted Gramm-Rudman balanced-budget law.
