Ernie C. Nietzke has been appointed to a newly created directorship on the board of Viejo Bancorp, the holding company for Mission Viejo National Bank, said Jack Barnes, president of the bank. Nietzke, a Saddleback Valley resident since 1977, is district sales manager for Brandt Inc. of Watertown, Wis., a maker of coin and currency changing and counting machines for banks and government agencies.
