Silicon Systems Inc. of Tustin and RCA Corp. of New York have announced the signing of a product and technology exchange, the third such agreement between the companies. The latest agreement provides for RCA to act as the second source for Silicon Systems’ new line of circuitry for modems--the devices that enable computers to be linked via telephone lines.
