PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., a prepaid medical plan operator which went public last May in an initial offering that raised $17 million, moved from the over-the-counter market to the National Market System Monday. Cypress-based PacifiCare is a subsidiary of LHS Corp., the Los Angeles holding company for the Lutheran Hospital Society of Southern California.
